Bush revamping Executive Orders in secret and not releasing them for Public Scrutiny is pretty messed up. I don't now why the administration is even wasting there time. Having all these secret executive orders is just hot air, It pretty much saying what ever I think should be law is law but I'm going to tell you that I'm re-writing executive orders just to make it seem like I'm actually doing something when in reality nothing is being written down him and Cheney are just giving orders revising laws as they see fit.
